Excited to share that our work with the BBMRI.be Sustainability Working Group has been published!
Our paper,”BIOCOST: A Costing Tool for Belgian Biobanks”, addresses a challenge many biobanks face: understanding the true cost of biobanking activities. By developing and testing the BIOCOST tool across Belgian biobanks, we demonstrate how transparent cost calculations can support long-term sustainability and informed decision-making.
A great example of what can be achieved through collaboration across the Belgian biobanking community. Thank you to all co-authors and participating biobanks for their valuable contributions!
